Today, meet Sabrina Rayner, a San Francisco associate therapist who specializes in somatic psychotherapy and the Tamura Method and who loves working with people who are interested in connecting with and understanding all of themselves.

I have a stable and grounded presence. I include socio-cultural perspective to work with all angles any presenting issues.

What most inspires you about doing this work? What do you do outside of the work to stay inspired?
The constant learning and connection that is co-created in a therapeutic relationship.
What is one thing that clients might be surprised to learn about you?
My background in construction and art
If you could sum up in one sentence why someone might go to therapy, what would you say?
The be in a relationship where they can be witnessed in uncovering the multilayered parts of themselves.
What is one takeaway moment that you’d like to share from your own experience as a client in therapy?
Keep going! When we pull away can be a potent time to go deeper. And, listen to the wisdom of your body.
