Therapy is an invitation to investigate what is most alive in the present moment. I offer a space to explore that aliveness with curiosity, empathy and respect, which often incorporates mindfulness, movement, breath, imagery and supportive touch into therapy sessions. As a practitioner of somatic therapy I offer a space that invites the intelligence of the body to engage in dialogue with the mind. This container is an opportunity for inquiry and integration. I specialize in working with concerns related to health, anxiety, grief and loss, sex and sexuality, spiritual growth and embodied mindfulness. My training in somatic practices including massage, Ayurveda, dance, yoga and meditation inform my clinical presence. My background in the healing arts shapes my understanding of the holistic complexity of being human.
