I work in a deeply relational way in my work. I believe that relational developmental trauma is healed through a safe and healthy relationship. My goal is to create a resilient and loving relationship through safety, connection, freedom, trust, and play so that my clients can bring their authentic selves into the world. I have been trained to use movement and safe, holding touch (when appropriate and with on-going consent) to bring the work into the body and the felt-senses of the relationship. This work is a life-path, not a job. I look forward to connecting to see if we would be a good fit for what you're looking to grow into!
I currently work in person in Santa Rosa, CA and virtually throughout California.
