For me, therapy is about creating clarity amid uncertainty and building momentum in stuckness. This is a space to break through what feels heavy, grow your confidence, and deepen the connections that matter most—with guidance and tools for meaningful change.
I came to this work through my own healing journey. I first became aware of my own suffering in an unexpected moment of peace—a 90-minute mindful movement class that allowed my hypervigilant nervous system to settle and showed me a quieter, more connected way of being.
Over the next decade, I committed to my own healing through therapy, yoga, meditation, Buddhist psychology, and neuropsychology. At the same time, I built a successful career in tech, including nearly ten years at LinkedIn. Yet, as I grew into my authenticity, I realized my deeper calling: guiding others toward their own power, wisdom, and truth.
I believe in this work because I’ve lived it. Too many of us spend our lives quietly outrunning our pain—and it almost works. But there is a version of ourselves that holds more confidence, spaciousness, connection, and joy. To access it, we must turn toward what’s holding us back—and listen.
