A Little About Me
I’m a somatic therapist, artist, and proud cat mom who’s learned firsthand how to live with anxiety instead of constantly fighting it. Along the way, I’ve found comfort and healing in movement, creativity, and nervous system regulation—and I love helping others do the same. When I’m not in session, you can usually find me dancing around my apartment, deep into a good book, stretching it out on the yoga mat, working in my art studio, or enjoying a connective moment with my spouse. My approach to therapy is warm, body-based, and collaborative—because healing doesn’t have to be heavy all the time.
