I work with couples, families, and individuals, specializing in serving LGBTQ+, Asian/BIPOC, immigrant, and neurodivergent communities. Change isn't easy—it takes practice and patience. Intellectually, you might know what to do, but taking action feels impossible. I'm here to listen and bring curiosity to unexamined patterns. I see meaningful relationships as integral to a fulfilling life, yet often our models for healthy relationships are limited. I will invite you to try on a new way of relating to self and others. We will practice honoring and holding space for all of our complexities and contradictions.
I have a systemic lens and see the distress we feel as a normal response to systems of oppression. I center cultivating joy and compassion, offering a radical space for you to rest, play, and experiment.
I'm glad you're seeking care—it takes a lot of courage and strength. Together, we will nurture the parts of you that know a different way is possible. Each one of us deserves to live with dignity and meaning. It would be an honor to assist you in getting support.
I am an engaged Buddhist and practice in the Plum Village tradition. I enjoy experimenting in the kitchen and spending time outdoors. Before becoming a therapist I was a burnt out software engineer.
