Do you ever feel exhausted by all the “shoulds” in life? I should go to the gym. I should enjoy this time with my friends. And what about the “shouldn’ts”? I shouldn’t feel this way. I shouldn’t be so sensitive. It’s a relentless cycle.
Maybe you’ve been told you’re “too much.” You bring too much. Feel too much. Want too much. That message can feel suffocating—like you’re stuck, trying to fit yourself into someone else’s expectations.
As your therapist, I meet you where you are. I see the web of pressures and self-doubts that hold you back. In our work, we’ll focus on your strengths while exploring the places that feel fragile or stuck. We’ll look at your overall well-being, uniting your mind-body-soul connection so that all parts of you can work together in pursuit of the goals that matter most to you.
Together, we’ll use your strengths to navigate the risks and challenges, building the tools you need to break free and feel the sun on your face again.
