My passion is to help you heal, whether that is with your partner, family, yourself or with the often harsh realities of life as a human being. For 20 years, I have been helping clients thrive in their relationships and lives, and I know first hand what it is to do the work of growing, after an early life filled with trauma, from a place of mere survival into a life of meaning, joy, love and fulfillment. I assist couples, families and individuals to make sense of their relationships with each other and themselves, and to heal from whatever might be blocking their capacity to flourish. My style is warm, supportive, open, curious, and directive when appropriate. My role is not to guide, but to be a partner in the process of unfolding unique to each client. While I contribute my knowledge and experience to the process, I hold that my clients themselves have all of the wisdom within them that they need to grow into the vibrant life they desire.
