All of your parts are welcome here! My goal is to provide a safe and supportive container of warmth, presence, and non-judgement where you can bring both your vulnerability and your strengths. Whatever brings you to therapy, we will explore together at your pace and with your unique needs in mind. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, childhood trauma or grief and loss, we will collaboratively work together to find out what healing might look like for you. Our work together can help you recognize limiting patterns or beliefs, create new options, and shed light on forgotten inner resources.
I use a trauma-informed lens and somatic awareness to help you connect deeply with yourself and support you to unwind the areas that are stuck or feel hurt. I will bring my deep listening skills, empathic attunement, and when appropriate, Parts Work, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT skills), as well as Brainspotting to our work together.
I draw from my own journey on a healing path and my work is rooted in my long term mindfulness practice. I have a belief that powerful change can unfold by bringing attention, curiosity, and acceptance to one's inner experience. I look forward to hearing from you.
