I accompany people as they explore themselves, seeking to suffer less and to enjoy life more. I don’t have answers. I do have questions, and a desire to listen deeply. And I have a commitment to keeping an open heart, a willingness to immerse myself in the struggle in search of what is beautiful and meaningful.
I believe that not-knowing is a wise place to begin, and to end. And that the only real knowing happens here in the present moment, and that this compassionate awareness is the source of healing and growth, gradually giving birth to a more wonderful experience of life.
When I work with people, I work *with* them. I listen. I support. I join. I participate. I breathe with them. I try to help people make peace with the past (to learn and forgive), to tell new stories that align with their values (to empower), to discover and cultivate their strengths (to grow), and to manifest their creative capacity in the world (to truly live).
Above all, I seek to help others become more self-aware, to be able to abide in the present moment and gradually gain mastery over their own tendency to create suffering out of pain. While pain may be inherent to life, suffering is optional. Together we will learn how to suffer less, and in doing so make space for a much more fulfilling experience of life, one that is filled with joy and more at peace with pain.
We can co-create this experience together.
I would be delighted to meet you, to join and support you in your exploration.
