Whatever challenges you are facing or path you are exploring, you never have to do it alone. You deserve a place to receive support and make sense of it all.
I offer a welcoming, affirming space where we can explore the complexities of your experience and get to the crux of what you most need.
Along with talk therapy, I incorporate a mind and body approach to healing. This may include: somatic awareness, depth work, parts-oriented exploration, guided imagery, art and movement, psychoeducation, experiential exercises, and tools to help you manage difficult life stressors.
My personal disposition is warm, collaborative and engaging. I am gentle, yet direct and tailor my approach to each clients unique set of goals and particular needs.
I specialize in supporting children, adolescents and adults feel more confident, more connected in their relationships and more capable in knowing they can create a path forward towards a life they want to live.
I look forward to hearing from you and seeing how we can work together.
