Hi, Im Celeste. My somatic practice focuses on clients that have been living in patterns of codependency, often stemming from family pattens of addiction and or narcissistic abuse. I value building trust with my clients and discovering not only their often painful or confusing situations but also where they thrive, and how they desire to live free from their patterns. I like to explore their many moving parts as I believe we are multi-dementional beings with many truths present at once. We co-create and make space giving voice to all their parts. I also enjoy working with couples and can also offer EMDR. I really enjoy this work, holding space for my clients to unfold, process and get curious about the ways they can and often do create change in their lives.
