Masters in Integral Counseling Psychology

Welcome! Whatever the reason you are seeking therapy at this time know that change is possible and joy can be found in the most unlikely of places. I am glad you are here!
With me you will find an open and safe space that is free of judgment. I invite you to come as you are - messy, mad, fearful, confused - knowing that all your experiences and feelings are encouraged, welcome and respected. I see therapy as a deeply creative process - a time where you can put on hold the day to day and begin to understand and release old patterns that no longer serve you, heal old wounds and bring forward desires and dreams close to your heart.
I believe that developing a foundation of clear, respectful and honest communication is essential to the healthy function of any relationship - romantic, intimate, companionate, co-parenting, friendship etc. I will work with you to identify the desires and needs of the individuals and the unit as a whole. From here we can work together to create a sustainable model that supports and benefits everyone.
A Little Bit About My Work and Background:
My therapeutic approach blends talk therapy, somatics (body) and parts work. A graduate of the California Institute of Integral Studies, I also bring years of life experience with me: decades of work as a social justice advocate, my own therapeutic journey, my life as a mother and co parent and my foundational experience as a daughter of Italian American migrants. Some of the things that are making my heart warm right now: my life in San Francisco, watching the sun go to sleep over the Pacific Ocean, listening to my son laugh and my efforts to read four books at the same time!
