Miles Murch
Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist #115045
Supervised by Shirley Dvir LMFT#44258

More peaceful. More empowered. More balanced. I want to help you experience your life at its fullest! That could mean slowing down and finding your pace; identifying and expressing your wants and needs; getting to know your body as a resource; setting more appropriate boundaries; understanding and alleviating trauma symptoms; building deeper, more intimate connections; or simply needing a refuge to rest and reflect, space for the new you to unfold.
These are things I can help you with.
I am warm, direct, and collaborative. Human. Authentic. I am here to be with you. To support you and bear witness to your transformation. At the deepest levels, I believe that all living things want to thrive. Part of my job as your therapist will be to help you uncover and align with your deepest longings and impulses towards thriving and wholeness. At the same time, it is critical that we can hold those longings in the context of California, 2020. In that way, our work will center your immediate experience and take into account what’s up for you today and what is most needed in this moment.
I work with individuals and teens, focusing on bringing more awareness, acceptance, and compassion to yourself and your relationships. People have worked with me to explore such things as anxiety and depression; sexuality, gender, and identity transitions; relationships and boundaries; social challenges; childhood trauma & PTSD; and so much more.
Please text, email, or call if this sounds like a good fit for you! I offer a FREE 20-minute consultation, which will conclude with a brief intake if we’re a good fit.
*I am currently accepting new clients for telehealth & online psychotherapy in California*
