A Little About Me

Postmodern life has us all simultaneously connected and not connected.
Sometimes all at the same time.
Therapy is a chance for sincere connection, to a caring other, to the space around us, and most importantly, to ourselves. It also may help us to disconnect from old patterns or habits that just don’t feel right anymore.

I bring an empathic, curious, and respectful presence to my clients. I offer an anti-oppression informed style from within a white, queer, femme body. I have experience with Bipolar, Queer, Chronically Pained, and Highly Sensitive individuals as well as Poly and Kink couples.

My sessions are relationally grounded and informed by Somatic Experiencing, Depth Psychology, Attachment Theory, Animist Psychology, and Process Work.

Both performance and magick have been life-long passions of mine and thus self-identified creatives and spiritual people might find themselves at home speaking subtext or sigils with me.
