I imagine if you are finding this page, you might be feeling a whole range of emotions: curiosity, fear, overwhelm, anxiety, desperation, grief, frustration, hope, just to name a few. When you begin your search for a therapist, it can feel daunting, vulnerable, and sometimes quite urgent. You might be facing an overwhelming loss, an upcoming transition, challenges or dissatisfaction in your relationships or work, or perhaps a more pervasive sense that something is missing, stuck, or unfulfilled. Wherever you are, however you are feeling, know that you are welcome here.
As your therapist, I view my role as a non-judgmental witness and compassionate companion as, together, we navigate the complexities and challenges of this human existence. My approach is collaborative, both warm and direct, depth-oriented, and integrates the mind, the body, and the heart in order to support you in deepening your understanding of and connection to yourself.
I believe that we are all wise beings who, given the right environment, have an innate drive toward healing, growth, and wholeness. Finding a therapist who feels like the right fit for you is an important step in creating that supportive environment. If you are interested in connecting or have additional questions about therapy, please don't hesitate to reach out.
