A Little About Me

I'm Dhespina (Theh-spee-na), a British-Albanian therapist who considers both London and the Bay Area home.
The people I work with have often spent a long time becoming who everyone else needed them to be. Maybe you became agreeable, hyper-attuned, or shut down in order to get through hard relationships, families, or circumstances. You may want to show up differently with the people you love, feel less anxiety when you're simply being yourself, and carry less self-doubt and self-criticism. My aim is to support you in having more choice, rather than being stuck in one way of seeing yourself and others.
I offer flexible appointment times to accommodate long working hours, parenthood, and caregiving responsibilities. Please reach out to schedule a free consultation so we can talk about what you are currently experiencing and what you hope therapy might help you move toward. I have availability for new client from July 2026!
