I became a therapist because I believe, deeply, that people can change — that it's possible to get closer to the person you want to be. That belief isn't abstract for me. It comes from my own experience of doing the hard, slow work of becoming more honest with myself, more comfortable in my own skin, and more compassionate toward the parts of me that are difficult to love.
In our work together, I'll offer you a calm, non-judgmental space to slow down and get curious. We'll pay attention to what lives beneath the surface — the patterns you keep finding yourself in, the feelings that are hard to name, the stories that quietly shape how you move through the world. I'm drawn to the kind of trust that builds slowly and leads somewhere real. That's where the most meaningful change tends to happen.
I specialize in working with teenagers, young adults (18-25 y/o), those who take care of everyone else first, and new parents.
I enjoy working with a variety of people, though, and would love to hear from you.
