A Little About Me
I see therapy as a sacred relationship that supports us becoming more of ourselves and reclaiming inner security. As a Black and Indigenous queer woman, I believe in therapy that honors our personal, ancestral, cultural, and spiritual wisdoms, with care and curiosity. I understand how our systems separate us from ourselves and each other. I believe liberatory therapy reconnects us to our inherent wholeness, interconnectedness, and belonging. My hope is that you feel rooted in your truth, power, and worth.
