Hello, I'm Kim, I help clients feel safe enough to begin to look at parts of themselves that have been pushed into the shadows and out of view. I offer a relationship that is safe enough to begin to look at those parts and see how keeping them out of sight may be leading us to stay stuck in patterns that aren’t working anymore.
Clients say that I am warm, direct, deeply kind and that together we have been able to work through issues that are particularly long standing, deep, confusing or complex.
I use Buddhist Psychology and Psychodynamic Psychology, as well as mindfulness, DBT and IFS to support clients to build trust, take risks, learn what’s possible and to heal.
