Taking the first step to finding a therapist can be a brave decision, but it's important to know that you don't have to go through it alone. I am passionate about helping clients improve their relationships with themselves and their loved ones.
Whether you're struggling with critical self-talk, accessing your inner wisdom, or dealing with relationship issues, I can help you find a new pathway toward wholeness and improved relationships. My approach to psychotherapy is direct, relational, and gentle, and I offer both individual and couples sessions.
In our sessions, we can work together to untangle your past from your present by identifying your emotions, integrating mindfulness, and honoring your strengths. If you're dealing with relationship issues, we can assess your relational patterns, resolve communication breakdowns, and restore a deep sense of intimacy with those you love.
While I work with a range of mental health concerns, I specialize in helping clients with identity, self-esteem, anxiety, and relationship issues.
If you're interested in working together, I invite you to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation by phone or Zoom video to see if we would be a good fit. My goal is to provide you with a safe and caring space where you can uncover your authentic self and receive the support you need to thrive.
