Hello, I’m glad you’re here.
My name is Brianna. I am a San Francisco native dedicated to supporting others on their path toward wholeness and healing. My goal is to create a safe, warm and authentic space that allows you to explore your inner world and to develop more clarity, choice and ease around life’s challenges. When we feel safe and seen for who we are, we begin to shift, heal and grow. I believe that the therapeutic process is unique to each individual. Our patterns, habits and perceptions have been shaped by countless experiences – ancestral, familial, social and personal.
Somatic work allows us to bring awareness to the whole person; it recognizes the dynamic, interactive nature of mind, body and spirit. By bringing attention to and being present with our physical selves – our movements, sensations, posture and patterning – we can deepen self-knowledge and access more choice. When we realize that we are not stuck in one way of being, we can cultivate more joy, curiosity and compassion for ourselves and others. Remember, no matter where you have been or how you have struggled, there is always a place to begin to heal and empower yourself - this place is called Now.
If you have any questions or you feel like we may be a good fit, please reach out by phone or email for a free consultation.
